How Your Data Is Stored
App user data is stored securely using Supabase, an industry-standard database provider that follows modern security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure that only you can access your own data — no other user can see your photos, notes, or progress.
Website data is stored on secure WordPress hosting with standard encryption and access controls.
Photos You Upload to the App
Photos uploaded to the Plant Journal feature are stored in a private, secured bucket. Each photo is tied to your account and accessible only by you through a signed URL. You can delete any photo at any time, which removes it permanently from our storage.
Payments
All payments for Plant Survival Shortcut subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their privacy and security policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we have about you
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct any inaccuracies in your information
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Unsubscribe from optional emails
